Ingredientes

  • 1 quart. jar tomatoes, minced and undrained
  • 2 cans green chilies, rinsed and liquid removed (4 ounce. each)
  • 1 c. onion, minced
  • 2 tbsp. vinegar
  • 2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Jalapeno peppers, minced fine, optional

Direcciones

  1. Combine all ingredients in saucepan. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and let simmer for 10 min. Let cold. Chill. Serve with nacho chips. This recipe can be made in larger amounts and processed in pint jars like stewed tomatoes.
