Receta Homemade Seafood Cocktail Sauce

Ingredientes
- 1/2 sm onion, minced
- 1/2 tsp minced olives
- 1/2 c. horseradish, squeezed dry
- 1 1/2 c. ketchup
- 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce Tabasco sauce, to taste
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. cider vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. red wine vinegar Salt, to taste
- 1 pch sugar
Direcciones
- Put onions, olives, and horseradish into a small food processor.
- Blend till a nice paste forms.
- Transfer to a bowl and fold in ketchup, Worcestershire, Tabasco, lemon juice, cider vinegar, red wine vinegar, salt and sugar.
- Stir till smooth.
- Put sauce into ramekins and serve with oysters on the half shell.
- Yield is 2 1/4 c..
