Homemade Spaghetti Sauce

Ingredientes

  • 4 (15 ounce.) Hunts tomato sauce
  • 2 lg. cans Hunts whole tomatoes
  • 1 (15 ounce.) can water
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1 green pepper
  • 2 teaspoon oregano
  • 2 teaspoon basil
  • 2 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 1/2 pound grnd beef
  • 6 links Italian sausage
  • 1 egg
  • 1 c. Italian bread crumbs
  • 2 teaspoon onion salt

Direcciones

  1. In large pot, put in tomato sauce and whole tomatoes and water. Cook on medium heat for 1/2 hour. Brown onions and peppers and add in to sauce. Add in all spices. Let cook another 1/2 hour. Take 1 egg and bread crumbs and beef and onion salt and make into meatballs. Brown meatballs and Italian sausage and add in to sauce. Let cook 1 hour on low heat.
