Ingredientes

  • 1 c. lukewarm water
  • 2 Tbsp. yeast set aside for 12-15 min
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 c. oil
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 2 c. warm water
  • 4 c. white flour
  • 6 c. wheat flour

Direcciones

  1. Cold off for a few min. Pour yeast mix into sugar mix. stir. Add in flour, and knead for 10 min. Let rise till doubled, punch it down, rise again, punch again; shape into loaves (4-5 loaves), then rise again in pans.
  2. Bake at 350 for about 30 min.
