Ingredientes

  • 5 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1 3/4 c. hot water
  • 1 pkg. yeast
  • 1/3 c. sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 c. scalded lowfat milk

Direcciones

  1. Dissolve yeast in water. Sift flour and sugar; add in the rest of the ingredients. Knead, let rise for 1 hour. Knead on floured surface again and healthy pinch into rolls. Place in pan and let rise for 1 hour. Bake at 350 degrees till golden. Brush tops with melted butter.
