Ingredientes

  • 1 pound grnd beef
  • 1 (4 ounce.) can mushrooms, liquid removed
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 c. minced onion
  • 1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Dash of pepper
  • 2 c. minced, cooked potatoes
  • 3 tbsp. lowfat milk
  • 1/2 pound Velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 1 tbsp. minced parsley
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Direcciones

  1. Combine meat, mushrooms, egg, onion, bread crumbs and seasonings: mix lightly. Press meat mix onto bottom and sides of a 9 inch pie plate. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 min. Remove meat shell from oven; reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees. Drain excess fat from meat shell.
  2. Mash warm potatoes with lowfat milk; stir in cheese, parsley and salt, fill warm meat shell with potato mix. Return to oven; continue baking for 10 min. Serves 6.
