Honey Banana Frozen Yogurt

Ingredientes

  • 1 env unflavored gelatin
  • 1/3 c. Cool water
  • 1/3 c. Honey
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 c. Mashed very ripe bananas
  • 1 Tbsp. Lemon juice
  • 1 ct (8 ounces) plain yogurt
  • 2 x Egg whites, unbeaten

Direcciones

  1. In a small saucepan, mix gelatin with cool water. Let stand 1 minute; stir over medium heat till gelatin is completely dissolved, about 1 minute.
  2. Stir in honey and salt. Remove from heat and stir in bananas and lemon juice. Stif in yogurt. Pour into freezer tray. Freeze till hard. Turn frzn mix into large bowl; add in egg whites. Beat at high speed with electric mixer till smooth and fluffy, about 10 min. Return to pan and freeze.
  3. YIELD: 4 c. or possibly 6 to 8 servings.
