Receta Honey Beer Chicken
Sort of sweet, depth of flavor, quick and easy. This is going into my week night arsenal!!

- Coat your pan with olive oil and bring it to temp
- Salt and pepper both sides of your chicken
- Cook the chicken about 6 or 7 minutes a side, until it's cooked through
- Pull the chicken out and cover with foil, don't turn off the pan
- Add the shallots to the pan and cook until transparent
- While those are cooking, whisk together beer, soy sauce, mustard and honey
- Add to the browned shallots
- Allow to cook until reduced. Should be thick and delicious
- Add back in the chicken and coat in the sauce
- Garnish with fresh parsley
