Honey Chilli Chicken

Chicken drenched in sweet-spicy-salty flavors and scented with curry leaves.

Ingredientes

  • 400g chicken (cut into bite sizes)
  • 1 tsp ginger paste
  • 1 tsp garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp dark soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp worcheshire sauce
  • 1 tbsp plain chilli powder (or as you prefer)
  • 1 large onion - sliced
  • 3 sprigs curry leaves
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • Salt to taste

Direcciones

  1. Marinate the chicken pieces with all the ingredients except onion and curry leaves for at least 4 hours.
  2. In heated oil, saute onion and curry leaves.
  3. Add marinated chicken, stir, pour 1/4 cup of water and simmer.
  4. Stir and cook till chicken is tender and gravy thickens up.
  5. Remove from heat.
