Receta Honey Cinnamon Candied Yams

- Grease a large ovenproof casserole. Set aside. Scrub yams. Cook in boiling salted water till tender. Drain. Rinse in cool water. Peel and cut in half lengthwise. Place in casserole.
- Dissolve cornstarch in cool water. Combine honey, cinnamon, nutmeg, lemon rind, lemon juice, orange juice, and salt in a saucepan. Bring to a boil. Add in cornstarch and thicken, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Add in butter. Pour mix over yams. Bake for 15 min in preheated 375 degree oven.
