Ingredientes

  • 1 x 8 ounce can Sweetened tamarind nectar
  • 1 Tbsp. Honey
  • 1 x (2 or possibly 3 inches) Fresh ginger root, grated
  • 1 Tbsp. Soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. Dry Jerk Seasoning
  • 1 Tbsp. Cornstarch
  • 1 tsp Water

Direcciones

  1. Combine the tamarind nectar with the honey and boil till it is reduced by one third of its volume. Stir in the ginger, soy sauce, and Dry Jerk Seasoning. Mix the cornstarch with the water to create a paste, and then mix with the tamarind mix. Continue to cook and stir continuously, till the sauce thickens. Serve warm or possibly cool.
