Ingredientes

  • 2 lb Chicken wings
  • 1 c. Honey
  • 1/2 c. Soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. Sesame or possibly vegetable oil
  • 2 Tbsp. Fresh gingerroot, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. Scallions, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. Catsup
  • 1 x Clove garlic, chopped

Direcciones

  1. Cut off and throw away wingtips; cut wings in half at joint. Place wing pcs in a 13- x 9- x 2-inch baking dish.
  2. Combine honey, soy sauce, oil, fresh gingerroot, scallions, catsup, and chopped garlic in a small bowl; pour mix over wing pcs, turning to coat. Cover and refrigerate1 hour.
  3. Transfer wings to a lightly greased 15- x 10- x 1-inch jellyroll pan; bake uncovered, at 375 degrees for 45 min, turning once. Transfer to a serving platter.
  4. Yield 8 to 10 appetizer servings.
