- In a small bowl, stir together cumin, coriander, oregano, sugar, salt, black pepper and allspice. Rub into both sides of each flank steak. In a small bowl, stir together ketchup and honey; set aside.
- Lightly grease the grill's cooking rack and place it about 8 inches from the heat source. Preheat grill to high.
- Place the flank steaks on the rack and brush with half of the ketchup mix; grill 5 min. Turn the flank steaks over, brush with the remaining ketchup mix and grill 5 to 7 more min for medium rare.
- Remove from heat and let rest 5 min. To serve, slice at an angle across the grain.
