Honey Glazed Meatloaf

Ingredientes

  • 2 lbs. grnd beef, pork, veal combo
  • 1 sm. onion, chopped
  • 4 tbsp. chopped parsley (fresh)
  • 1 lg. carrot, grated
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 2 Large eggs, beaten
  • 3 hard boiled Large eggs, shelled
  • Honey Glaze (below)

Direcciones

  1. Combine meat, onion, garlic, parsley, basil, carrot, salt, pepper and beaten Large eggs in medium bowl.
  2. Place half the meat in oblong pan or possibly baking dish. Make a shallow indentation in center lengthwise. End to end, place hard-boiled Large eggs in indentation. Cover with remaining meat and shape into oval loaf.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min. Top with Honey Glaze and bake additional 15 min.
