Ingredientes

  • 25 lbs chicken- 5 oz cutlet
  • 3 cups honey
  • 2 cups lemon juice
  • 3 Tbsp true lemon powder
  • 1/2 cup dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup ginger powder
  • 1/4 cup onion powder
  • 1/4 cup garlic powder
  • 2 1/2 cup cool water
  • 3 Tbsp corn starch

Direcciones

  1. Wash and trim chicken. Mix all other ingredients together. Set 2/3 aside for sauce.
  2. Baste chicken with mixture and sear on flat top.
  3. Finish baking in the oven.
  4. Pan up chicken with some reserved sauce to serve, and garnish with chopped parsley and lemon slices.
