Ingredientes

  • 185 gm butter
  • 1/3 c. honey
  • 3/4 c. malted lowfat milk pwdr
  • 2 c. rice bubbles
  • 2 c. cornflakes
  • 1 c. fresh breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 c. coconut
  • 1/2 c. almonds, flaked

Direcciones

  1. Lightly grease a 20cm X 30cm lamington pan.
  2. Combine butter, honey and malt pwdr in a medium sized pan and stir over low heat till the butter is melted.
  3. Stir in Rice Bubbles, Corn Flakes, cake crumbs, coconut and almonds and mix well.
  4. Press firmly into prepared pan and chill till set.
