Receta Honey Mint Juleps

- In small saucepan, bring water to boil. Remove from heat. Add in mint leaves; stir till wilted. Add in honey, stir till dissolved. Let mix stand till cold, strain and throw away mint. For each julep, combine 1/4 c. bourbok with 2 Tbsp. honey mint syrup. Pour bourbon mix over crushed ice in frosted tumbler or possibly tall glass. Garnish with mint sprigs.
