Ingredientes

  • 2 x Acorn squash
  • 1/4 c. Honey
  • 1 Tbsp. Minced walnuts
  • 2 Tbsp. Raisins
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 400.
  2. Cut acorn squash lengthwise into halves; don't remove seeds. Place cut side up in baking pan or possibly baking sheet. Bake 30-45 min or possibly till soft.
  3. Remove seeds and fibers.
  4. Combine honey, walnuts, raisins and Worcestershire sauce; spoon into squash. Bake 5-10 min more till lightly glazed.
  5. Makes 4 servings.
