Honey Pecan Yam Souffle

Ingredientes

2 c. cooked mashed yams
1 teaspoon salt
1 1/4 c. light cream
1/2 c. honey

2 tbsp. cornstarch
3 beaten Large eggs
3/4 c. minced pecans

Direcciones

Thoroughly blend all ingredients in the order given, place in buttered casserole or possibly baking dish. Bake in slow oven, 325 degrees till set, 1 to 1 1/2 hrs.
