Ingredientes

  • 1 stk butter
  • 1/4 c. onion, minced
  • 2 lrg garlic cloves, chopped
  • 1/4 c. Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 c. honey
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp curry pwdr
  • 2 Tbsp. chutney or possibly preserves
  • 6 x chicken breasts, (6 to 8)

Direcciones

  1. Heat butter in saucepan add in onions, garlic and saute/fry. Add in remaining ingredients and cook 5 min on low heat. Stir occasionally. Dip chicken pcs in sauce and lay in 9x13-inch pan and bake at 400 degrees. Turn every 15 min, adding more sauce while turning.
