Ingredientes

  • 1 x 1 liter tub soft scoop dairy ice-cream
  • 4 x Crunchie bars, cut into small pcs
  • 175 gm Ginger in ginger wine, roughly minced, reserving 3 Tbsp. of liquor (6oz)
  • 1 x Traditional brandy snap baskets

Direcciones

  1. Scoop the ice-cream into a bowl and combine with the crunchie bars, ginger and liquor, mix to incorporate. Place in the freezer to harden up again.
  2. Transfer scoops of the ice-cream mix into the brandy snap baskets and serve immediately.
  3. NOTES : A combination of vanilla ice-cream with the flavours of ginger and honeycomb encased in a brandy snap basket.
