(A SMALL AMOUNT WILL FORM HARD BRITTLE THREADS WHEN DROPPED FROM A Tsp. INTO Cool WATER.) STIR IN BAKING SODA QUICKLY AND THOROUGHLY-Mix WILL FOAM! POUR INTO PREPARED PAN AND Cold COMPLETELY. REMOVE FROM PAN AND FOIL. BREAK INTO DESIRED Pcs.
  3. DIP Pcs INTO MELTED CHOCOLATE COATING WITH FORK, ALLOWING EXCESS TO DRIP OFF. DRY ON WAX PAPER.
  4. CHOCOLATE COATING CAN BE MADE WITH: 12 OUNCES CHOCOLATE CHIPS, 2 Tbsp. SHORTENING, AND 1 SQUARE UNSWEETENED CHOCOLATE (OPTIONAL).
  5. Heat IN MICROWAVE ON HIGH FOR 2 Min AND STIR THOROUGHLY EVERY 20-30 SECONDS TO Heat Proportionately.
