Ingredientes

  • 1 c. Sugar
  • 4 Tbsp. Golden brown syrup
  • 3 tsp Bicarb of soda

Direcciones

  1. Mix the sugar and golden brown syrup in a large saucepan, simmer on low heat for 7 min. Remove from heat and quickly add in soda and mix it in. This will foam up. Quickly pour into a greased 8" square pan. Leave to set. Golden brown syrup is much more tasty than glucose and which is what gives it the nice golden brown color.
