Ingredientes

  • 1 x honeydew melon, halved, seeds removed
  • 3 Tbsp. freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1/4 c. mint fresh leaves, stem removed
  • 1/4 c. ice wine

Direcciones

  1. Scoop out melon flesh, preserving the rind to use as serving bowls.
  2. In a blender, puree melon, lime juice and mint.
  3. Strain puree through a fine strainer and throw away solids. Add in optional ice wine if you like. Refrigeratefor a minimum of one hour.
  4. Serve in hollowed out melon halves.
