Hong Kong Pepper Steak

Ingredientes

  • 1 pound round steak, cut in 1-inch strips
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 c. celery, minced
  • 1/2 c. green onions, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 c. bell pepper, cut in 1-inch squares
  • 1 (4 ounce.) can sliced mushrooms with juice

Direcciones

  1. Brown steak in butter in skillet. Add in remaining ingredients. Cover and simmer 30 to 45 min, or possibly till tender. Stir occasionally. Serve over egg noodles or possibly rice.
