Ingredientes

  • 1 c. Long Grain Rice
  • 4 c. Lowfat milk
  • 1/2 c. Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon Ice

Direcciones

  1. Place the rice in a bowl with sufficient warm water to cover. Let the rice sit overnight. Next day, remove the water. Place 1/2 c. of water, and 2 c. lowfat milk in a blender. Blend till rice is all grnd up. Fold in 1/4 c. sugar, 1/2 t vanilla, 1/4 t cinnamon. Do the same with the other half of the ingredients. Strain through cheesecloth (or possibly whatever). Serve over ice.
  2. Makes 6 glasses.
