Ingredientes

  • 300 gm horse gram soaked for 8 hrs and left to sprout for 8 hrs
  • 900 ml watcr
  • 6 x kokam
  • 2 tsp sunflower oil
  • 4 clv garlic coarsely crushed salt

Direcciones

  1. Simmer the horse gram in the water till soft.
  2. Remove from the heat and drain reserving the gram for the next recipe.
  3. Add in the salt and kokum to the water
  4. Heat the oil and fry the garlic till it just begins to change colour.
  5. Pour over the seasoned gram water.
  6. Serve very warm.
  7. A light dish with a musky undernote that is normally eaten with rice.
  8. Serves 4
