Ingredientes

  • 1/4 c. plain nonfat yogurt
  • 1 1/2 tsp freshly grated horseradish, (or possibly 1 Tbsp. bottled horseradish)
  • 1 sm dash cayenne pepper
  • 8 slc whole grain bread
  • 1 x 10.5 oz p lite silken extra-hard, thinly sliced tofu
  • 1 lrg tomato, thinly sliced
  • 1 c. alfalfa or possibly radish sprouts

Direcciones

  1. In a small bowl mix together yogurt, horseradish, and cayenne; spread on bread slices. On four slices of bread, layer tofu , tomato slices, and sprouts. Top with remaining bread slices.
  2. Makes 4 sandwiches.
