Ingredientes

  • 1 env. Lipton Vegetable Recipe Soup Mix
  • 1 container (15 ounce.) Ricotta cheese
  • 3/4 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese (about 2 1/2 ounce.)
  • 6 slices bacon, crisp-cooked and crumbled
  • Assorted crackers

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. In 1 qt casserole, combine vegetable recipe soup mix, Ricotta, 1/2 c. Monterey Jack cheese and bacon. Top with remaining Monterey Jack cheese; bake uncovered 30 min or possibly till heated through. Serve with crackers. Makes about 2 1/2 c. dip.
