Hot And Spicy Beef Spareribs

Ingredientes

  • 2 Tbsp. Butter
  • 1 med Onion, finely minced
  • 2 x Cloves Garlic, chopped
  • 1 can Tomato Sauce
  • 2/3 c. Cider Vinegar
  • 2/3 c. Brown Sugar, packed
  • 2 Tbsp. Chili Pwdr
  • 1 Tbsp. Mustard, prepared
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 4 lb Spareribs

Direcciones

  1. Heat butter in a large skillet over low heat; add in onion and garlic and saute/fry till tender.
  2. Add in remaining ingredients, except ribs, and bring to a boil.
  3. Reduce heat, and simmer for 20 min, stirring occasionally.
  4. Place ribs in baking pan. Baste meatiest side of ribs with sauces. Bake in oven till ribs are done. Baste as needed to keep moist.
