Ingredientes

  • 4 1/2 c. Pecan halves
  • 1/2 c. Butter or possibly margarine
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp Seasoned salt
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic pwdr
  • 1/2 tsp Grnd cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp Grnd red pepper, (up to 1/2)
  • 2 dsh Warm pepper sauce, (up to 3)
  • 1/8 tsp Grnd cloves

Direcciones

  1. Place pecans in a 15x13 x1 baking pan. Bake uncovered at 300 degrees for 10 min. Meanwhile heat butter; stir in Worcestershire sauce, salt, cinnamon, garlic pwdr, red pepper, warm pepper sauce and cloves. Drizzle over pecans in pan, stir gently. Bake 10 min more, stirring once. turn onto foil, cold.
  2. Makes 18 (1/4 c.) servings or possibly 9 (1/2 c.) servings.
