Ingredientes

  • 1 tsp Sesame oil
  • 1/8 c. Dry onions, chopped
  • 3 Tbsp. Lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. Fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. Fresh rosemary, crushed
  • 1 lrg Garlic clove, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp Dry marjoram
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Grnd ancho pepper
  • 2 lb Pork loin, 1-inch cubes
  • 16 x Bamboo skewers, soaked in water

Direcciones

  1. In a ziplock bag combine the first eleven ingredients; add in the pork and toss to coat proportionately. Chill overnight. Prepare grill for the direct cooking method. Remove the pork from the ziplock bag and drain. Throw away the remaining marinade. Thread the pork on the bamboo skewers, leaving a 1/4 inch gap between pork cubes.
  2. Place skewers on the grill over medium-warm coals. Grill for 12-14 min, turning often. Serve with the Barbeque Man Thai BBQ Dip.
  3. NOTES : Can marinate for up to 48 hrs refrigerated
