Ingredientes

  • 1 can (8 1/2 ounce.) artichoke hearts (packed in water, liquid removed)
  • 1 jar (6 ounce.) marinated hearts, liquid removed
  • 1 can (4 ounce.) sliced green chilies
  • 6 tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 - 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • Tortilla chips

Direcciones

  1. Chop the artichokes, mix and distribute proportionately over the bottom of a well greased shallow 2 qt baking dish. Scatter the chilies on top, then carefully spread the mayonnaise over all. Sprinkle with cheese. Cover and chill.
  2. Heat at 350 degrees till warm and bubbly, 15 min. If refrigerated ahead of time, heat for 30 min. Serve with tortilla chips for dipping.
