- Chop the artichokes, mix and distribute proportionately over the bottom of a well greased shallow 2 qt baking dish. Scatter the chilies on top, then carefully spread the mayonnaise over all. Sprinkle with cheese. Cover and chill.
- Heat at 350 degrees till warm and bubbly, 15 min. If refrigerated ahead of time, heat for 30 min. Serve with tortilla chips for dipping.
