Hot Artichoke Seafood Dip

Ingredientes

  • 1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, liquid removed and minced
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 (6 ounce) pkg. frzn crab meat with shrimp, thawed, liquid removed, and flaked
  • 2 T dry seasoned bread crumbs
  • 1 T finely minced fresh parsley

Direcciones

  1. Put together first 4 ingredients, mixing well. Spoon into a lightly greased shallow 1 qt casserole. Microwave at medium (50% power) for 1 1/2 min; stir well. Microwave at medium for 6-7 min, stirring every 1 1/2 min till hot. Put together bread and parsley; sprinkle over top. Microwave at medium for 30- 45 seconds. Serve hot with favorite unsalted crackers.
