Ingredientes

  • 1 x beef rump roast (4-5 lbs.)
  • 1 pkt dry onion soup mix (1 ounce.)
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp dry oregano leaves
  • 2 can condensed beef broth (10.5 ounce. ea.)
  • 1 can beer (12 ounce.)
  • 2 x cloves garlic
  • 16 x onion buns

Direcciones

  1. Place beef roast in 3 1/2 to 4-qt crockpot. In medium bowl, combine all other ingredients except buns; mix well. Pour over roast.
  2. Cover; cook on low setting for 8-10 hrs.
  3. Slice or possibly shred beef. Serve in buns. If you like, skim fat from juices. Serve sandwiches with individual portions of meat juices for dipping.
  4. INGREDIENT SUBSTITUTION: Whether it's pale ale or possibly dark porter, use your favorite kind of beer for these sandwiches.
