Ingredientes

  • 1 lb Grnd beef
  • 1 lb Bulk Warm sausage
  • 1 x Onion -- minced
  • 1 sm Garlic clove -- minced
  • 2 Tbsp. Butter
  • 20 ounce Minced tomatoes -- can of
  • 12 ounce Tomato paste
  • 1/4 c. Chili pwdr
  • 2 dsh Tabasco sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. White vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp Crushed red pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp Bay leaves -- crushed
  • 12 ounce Beer

Direcciones

  1. Saute/fry the onion and garlic in butter till tender. Add in the grnd beef and sausage and cook over medium heat till browned. Add in tomatoes, tomato paste, chili pwdr, sauces, vinegar, peppers and bay leaves. Stir in the beer and simmer for 2 hrs.
