Hot Cajun Chicken Salad

I love salads hot or cold and this on a good Autumn day is great with a good Chardonney to accompany it

Va Bien Con: French Bread

Ingredientes

  • 25g Flour
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 2 ml cayenne pepper
  • 2 ml paprika
  • 20 ml chilli powder
  • 5ml freshly ground Black pepper
  • 5 Chicken breast fillets
  • Salad to serve
  • French Bread

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 200 ºC.
  2. Place the flour, garlic, cayenne, paprika, chilli powder and freshly ground black pepper in a plastic bag.
  3. Drop the chicken fillets into the bag and shake until the meat is evenly coated.
  4. Remove the chicken pieces and place on a baking tray that has been coated with cooking spray.
  5. Roast in the oven for 15-20 minutes.
  6. Slice each piece into five thick slices and serve on a bed of salad of your choice with crusty French bread.
