Ingredientes

  • 2 1/2 c. (10 ounce) shredded cheese
  • 8 (1 ounce) slices American cheese
  • 1/3 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 (6 1/2 ounce) can crabmeat, liquid removed and flaked
  • 1/2 c. dry white wine

Direcciones

  1. Put together cheese and lowfat milk in a heavy sauce pan; cook over low heat, stirring till cheese melts. Stir in crabmeat and wine; cook till heated. Serve with crackers. Yield: 2 cups.
