Ingredientes

  • 1 (10 ounce) stick sharp natural Cheddar cheese
  • 1 (8 ounce) pkg. sliced sharp process American cheese
  • 1/3 c. lowfat milk
  • 1/2 c. dry wine
  • 1 (7 1/2 ounce) can crab meat, flaked and cartilage removed

Direcciones

  1. Cut cheeses in small pcs. Put together in a saucepan with lowfat milk. Stir over low heat till cheeses heat. Stir in wine and crab; heat through. Serve in chafing dish with shredded wheat wafers. Makes 3 cups.
