Hot Cheese 'N Crab Dip

Ingredientes

  • 1 can crabmeat (6 1/2 or possibly 7 1/2 ounce.)
  • 1 x 10 oz sti sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1 x 8 oz pkg. sharp processed cheese, sliced
  • 1/2 stk butter
  • 1/2 c. sauterne wine

Direcciones

  1. Shred crabmeat, saving a few pcs for garnish. Cut cheese in small pcs. Combine in saucepan with butter and Sauterne. Stir over low heat till cheese melts. Stir in crabmeat and continue cooking till thoroughly heated. Pour into chafing dish and garnish with remaining crab pcs.
  2. Serve with Triskets or possibly chunks of crusty break with fondue forks.
