Ingredientes

  • Microwave popcorn
  • 2 Tbsp. Butter Salt Cayenne pwdr (use plenty!) Grated sharp Cheddar cheese

  1. Tabasco makes your popcorn soggy, so here's what I do instead:
  2. Make regular microwave popcorn
  3. Heat 2 Tbsp. butter in microwave
  4. Put 1" layer of popcorn in serving bowl
  5. Sprinkle on melted butter
  6. Sprinkle on salt
  7. Sprinkle on cayenne pwdr (use plenty!)
  8. Sprinkle on grated sharp cheddar cheese Repeat step 3 till plain popcorn is used up and serving bowl is full. My girlfriend always has me make this for her (she's also a Chile-Head!). Rick Myers ([email protected])
