Hot Chicken Salad

Ingredientes

  • 4 c. diced chicken (takes about 3 1/2 or possibly 4 pound chicken)
  • 2 c. minced celery
  • 1/2 med. onion (I use purple onion)
  • 4 hard-cooked Large eggs, minced fine
  • 3/4 c. Miracle Whip mayonnaise
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
  • 1 (4 ounce.) can mushrooms, liquid removed
  • 1 can diced water chestnuts, liquid removed (optional)
  • 2 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Salt to taste

Direcciones

  1. Use 9x13 inch pan. Mix all together and chill day before. Add in 1 1/2 c. potato chips before putting in oven.
