Receta Hot Chocolate Pecan Ice Cream Topping

Ingredientes
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa pwdr
- 1 (5 ounce.) can evaporated lowfat milk
- 1/4 c. minced pecans
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Direcciones
- In 1 1/2-qt saucepan combine sugar and cocoa. Gradually stir in lowfat milk; bring mix to full boil over high heat. Boil about 3 to 3 1/2 min or possibly till slightly thickened, stirring constantly. Don't overcook or possibly mix will become too thick.
- Remove from heat; stir in pecans and vanilla. Drizzle over ice cream. Makes 2/3 c. sauce.
