Ingredientes

  • 12 ounce. imitation crab meat
  • 1 (8 ounce.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/4. heavy cream
  • 4 scallops, thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp. Worcestershire
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 drops Tabasco
  • 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp. butter

Direcciones

  1. Heat oven to 325 degrees. Mix together all ingredients except Parmesan cheese and butter. Place in greased 1 qt casserole. Top with cheese and butter. Bake for 30 min. Cold 10 min. Serve on crackers.
