Ingredientes

  • 1 (6 1/2 ounce.) can Harris crab meat, liquid removed & flaked
  • 1/4 c. Bennett's cocktail sauce or possibly tartar sauce
  • 2 tbsp. finely minced celery
  • 2 tbsp. finely minced green pepper
  • 1 teaspoon real lemon - lemon juice from concentrate (optional)
  • 2 English muffins, split & toasted
  • 4 slices Borden Process American cheese food

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In medium bowl, combine crabmeat, sauce, celery, green pepper and real lemon if you like; spread equal amounts on muffin halves. Bake 5 min. Top each with cheese food slice; bake 5 min longer or possibly till warm. Serve immediately. Chill leftovers. Makes 4 servings.
