Ingredientes

  • 1 pound flaked crab meat (2 c.)
  • 1 c. sliced celery
  • 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
  • 2 hard-cooked Large eggs, minced
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 3/4 c. fine soft bread crumbs
  • 2 tbsp. melted butter

Direcciones

  1. Combine crab, celery, green pepper, Large eggs, mayonnaise, lemon juice and Worcestershire. Turn into buttered 1 1/2 qt baking dish. Top with crumbs mixed with butter. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 min. Serves 4.
