Ingredientes

  • 8 ounce. lite cream cheese
  • 2 c. non-fat quark or possibly low-fat cottage cheese, blended
  • 1/4 c. lemon juice
  • 1/4 c. skim lowfat milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon each: dry basil, marjoram, oregano and thyme
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic pwdr
  • 1 pound imitation crab flakes

Direcciones

  1. In a large bowl, mix cream cheese and quark till smooth. Gradually add in lemon juice and lowfat milk and blend. Stir in remaining ingredients.
  2. Pour into quiche dish or possibly pie pan. Cover. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 min or possibly till warm.
  3. Serve with crackers and vegetable tray. Makes about 4 c..
  4. Per Tbsp.: 19 calories; .5 grams fat; 68 mg sodium; 8 mg cholesterol. Substitutions: cooked shrimp meat, crab meat.
