Ingredientes

  • 1 pound crawfish, peeled, cooked, minced
  • 3 ribs celery, minced
  • 1 bell pepper, minced
  • 1 med. onion, minced
  • 4 toes garlic, minced
  • 3/4 stick butter
  • 1 (7 ounce.) jar pimento, minced
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 1/2 sm. can pet lowfat milk
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp. cooking sherry (to taste)
  • 1/2 pound Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 4 dashes LA warm sauce
  • 4 dashes Lea & Perrins
  • Salt & black pepper to taste

Direcciones

  1. In butter, saute/fry celery, bell pepper, onion and garlic till tender. Add in pimento, soup, lowfat milk and cheese and seasonings. Simmer on low 15 min. Add in crawfish, lemon juice and sherry. Place in chafing dish over low heat to keep hot. Serve with Escort crackers.
