Hot Cream Cheese Hors D'oeuvres

Ingredientes

  • 20 slices white bread
  • 8 ounce. pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1/8 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 tbsp. sugar
  • 1 tbsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 c. butter, melted
  • 1 c. sugar

Direcciones

  1. Cut crusts off bread and roll slices very thin with rolling pin. Mix cream cheese, egg yolk, vanilla and 2 Tbsp. sugar till smooth. Spread mix on bread and roll up each slice. Roll bread in melted butter. Dip in mix of sugar and cinnamon. Bread rolls may be frzn at this point. Defrost 10 min. Cut each roll into 2 or possibly 3 pcs. Heat at 400 degrees for 20 min. Serve with lowfat sour cream.
