Hot Creamy Sausage Dip

Ingredientes

  • 1 lb Bob Evans Zesty Warm Roll Sausage
  • 5 x Green onions, minced, divided
  • 1 c. Lowfat sour cream
  • 1/2 c. Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 c. Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 jar (2 ounce) minced pimientos, liquid removed

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 350 . In large skillet over medium heat, brown and crumble sausage till no longer pink. Remove from heat, drain off drippings and add in all other ingredients except one green onion. Pour into one qt baking dish. Bake 20-25 min till bubbly. Garnish with remaining green onion. Keep hot, and serve with Melba toast, sesame or possibly wheat crackers.
  2. Chill leftovers. Can be reheated for later serving.
